Egypt Project Reflections
The in-class activities that helped us most with these projects were "Walking the Nile", all of the BBC games and videos, and just doing other research projects. I would like to learn more about the different pharaohs, and the kinds of tools and items Egyptians had. Our group was somewhat successful working together. Sometimes one person would goof off and play games, some of us would not do as much work as everyone else, (I'll get to that later) and sometimes we would just argue and shout at each other. However, despite our differences, we somehow managed to work together and create pretty good projects as far as I'm concerned. I felt like everyone did a fair share of work. Sometimes we would argue about how some of us weren't doing enough or how some of us were doing too much. The Pharaoh iBook (Which isn't finished yet) has all my work on it so far, but I trust my teammates and I think they will all do an equal part on this. If I got to redo the Daily Life of Ancient Egyptians project, I would make a better storyline and add better grammar. If I could redo the pharaoh iBook (still not finished) I would probably work quicker and spend more time researching. I think our Daily Life in Ancient Egypt project was successful because we worked really hard and we all did our part. I'm not so sure about our Pharaoh iBook, honestly I'm very worried about it.
