Group Dynamics

I like to think of myself as the leader in my group. I usually have to claim leadership over all the chaos that goes on in our group. (Which there is a lot of.) I tell my teammates what needs to be done and do a lot of the work myself. I take this role so that we can get a good grade and work together. I like this role too. Sometimes it's hard working in my group, because my teammates don't use very good grammar. I will admit I am a bit of a control freak. I like working with my friends but sometimes it's difficult. The good part about it is you can have fun, but the bad part is sometimes they goof off and don't work. I resolve conflicts in the group by taking leadership and deciding decisions myself. It works pretty well, but one person gets mad when I do that. If I don't feel listened to I will have the group vote on whatever the problem is. The most difficult situations in groups is sometimes one person did something in a research or patterning document that was incorrect, and they wouldn't take it off, no matter how much persuading, until I asked the teacher. Then, after I told them it was wrong, they proceeded to complain in the document chat. The best group situation I've ever been in is when the entire group agrees with each other (this happens rarely) and there is no arguing at all.
